日本住友金属公司所属冷轧厂,1976年在制订节能方案的过程中,采取四步攻关作业法。经过8个月的攻关作业,提出了一个节能率为29.9%的改进方案,实施后实际收到了节省热能25%的效果。1978年该公司在所属单位中开展这种节能管理方法,也分别取得了节能率达23.6%~34.1%的良好效果。此项节能管理技术现在日本很多公司都已推广。 这四步节能攻关的作业内容是: 第一步(1)弄清工序功能和能源服务功能(制作功能系统图);(2)找出热能损失项目(从理论损失、设备损失、排放损失等方面找);
The cold-rolling plant owned by Sumitomo Metal Corp. of Japan, in the course of formulating the energy-saving program in 1976, adopted a four-step process. After 8 months of research work, an improvement plan with an energy saving rate of 29.9% was proposed. After the implementation, 25% of the heat energy was saved.
