党员专门立法是指:我国立法机关对中国共产党员实施的专门的立法活动。但是目前,我国的相关理论学者对此的关注重心并不在此。因此,我们有必要来探究一下党员专门立法在我国的可行性。同时,我国现在的相关学术领域中已经有一些相关的理论研究。同时,我们也要考虑到党员专门立法的环境条件,并根据立法理论的要求来进行判断党员专门立法对我国的立法、司法与行政领域的意义。
The special legislation of party members refers to the special legislative activities carried out by our legislature on Chinese Communist Party members. However, at present, the relevant theoretical scholars in our country do not pay attention to this. Therefore, we need to explore the feasibility of the special legislation of party members in our country. At the same time, there are some relevant theoretical researches in the relevant academic fields in our country. At the same time, we must also consider the environmental conditions for the special legislation of party members and make judgments on the significance of the special legislation of party members on the legislative, judicial and administrative fields of our country in accordance with the requirements of the legislative theory.
