目前高校校办产业财务管理方面存在着条块分割、多头管理,造成人、财、物的浪费;考核指标不合理,影响各方面的积极性。对此提出了从5个方面加强具体管理:理顺财务关系,完善财务管理体制;健全财务制度,加强宏观调控;强化约束机制,规范企业行为;理顺分配关系,调动各方面积极性;加强校办产业财会人员的培训,提高管理及财会人员的业务素质。
