项目缘起亮马桥外交办公大楼,是北京第三使馆区配套项目的收官之作,从设计到建成历时7年。2002年,北京第三使馆区B区举行了一次国际竞赛,包括NBBJ、山本理显、蔡德勒等多家知名设计机构均参与了此次竞赛。最终,我们设计团队幸运地获得了第一名,并负责完成了规划、建筑、景观、室内、软装、小市政的设计工作,以及室外雕塑、幕墙、智能化等设计的业主方顾问工作。在此项目之前。我们已经完成了一些从规划、建筑到室内装饰的一体化设计的项目。在这个项目的设计过程中,
The project originated Liangmaqiao Diplomatic Office Building, which is the closing ceremony for the supporting project of the third embassy district in Beijing. It took seven years from design to completion. In 2002, an international competition was held in Area B, the third embassy district of Beijing. Several well-known design institutes including NBBJ, Yamamoto, and Zeidler participated in the competition. In the end, our design team was fortunate to have won first place and was responsible for the consultant’s work on planning, architecture, landscape, interior design, soft furnishings, small town design, and outdoor sculpture, curtain wall, and smart design.
