分析二极管激光光凝和冷凝在巩膜扣带术中治疗视网膜脱离的临床应用。方法 :回顾分析 1998年 1月~ 1998年 12月我科在巩膜扣带术中利用二极管激光封闭视网膜裂孔的光凝组 30眼与冷凝封闭裂孔的冷凝组 37眼的孔源性视网膜脱离患者的临床效果。结果 :光凝组一次复位率 10 0 %。冷凝组一次复位率 97.3%。术后视力改善光凝组 2 5眼 ( 83.83% ) ,冷凝组 2 6眼( 70 .2 7% )。冷凝组术后出现 5例黄斑部视网膜前膜。结论 :二极管激光在巩膜扣带术中 ,治疗孔源性视网膜脱离和冷冻一样简单、有效
Analysis of diode laser photocoagulation and condensation in scleral buckling in the treatment of retinal detachment clinical application. Methods: From January 1998 to December 1998, 30 patients with photocoagulation of retinal holes blocked by diode laser in scleral buckling surgery and 37 eyes of patients with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment who had condensation in closed condensation were retrospectively analyzed. Clinical effect. Results: The photocoagulation group a reduction rate of 100%. Condensation group a reset rate of 97.3%. Postoperative visual acuity was improved in 25 eyes (83.83%) in photocoagulation group and 26 eyes (70.27%) in condensation group. Condensation group appeared 5 cases of macular anterior retinal membrane. CONCLUSIONS: Diode lasers are as simple and effective as scleral buckling in the treatment of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment and freezing
