本实验在配合大鼠主动脉免疫损伤的前提下,喂饲大鼠高脂饲料10W,造成大鼠实验性高脂血症及早期动脉粥样硬化模型。然后分别用具有活血化瘀,利湿行气消浊补益作用的中药复方、安妥明及蒸馏水灌胃4W。生化测定结果表明,益心汤及安妥明均有明显降血脂(血清总胆固醇,甘油三酯),提高高密度脂蛋白——胆固醇的作用,与模型组比P<0.05,而益心汤与安妥明比无显著性差异P>0.05。电镜观察其超微结构变化表明,益心汤及安妥明均可使损伤的血管内皮细胞修复,此外,益心汤尚有抗纤维组织增生,抗平滑肌细胞增殖及增加其线粒体数,减少溶酶体数的作用。此为中药复方益心汤从根本上(抗血管内皮损伤、抗平滑肌细胞增殖)防治AS提供了实验依据。
