“特岗计划”的实施破解了农村教育多道难题,但由于自身制度的设计缺点和实施过程中出现的偏差,导致特岗教师计划在推进过程中出现了一些问题。本文从“特岗计划”对农村教育的重大意义出发,分析清水县特岗教师队伍建设存在的问题并提出解决对策,以期实现农村特岗教师队伍的长远发展。 The implementation of “special post plan” has solved many problems in rural education, but due to the shortcomings of its own system design and the deviations in the implementation process, some problems have arisen in the promotion of special post teacher program. Based on the great significance of “Special Gang Project ” to rural education, this article analyzes the problems existing in the contingent of teachers in Qinghai County and proposes solutions, with a view to achieving the long-term development of rural special Gang teachers.
