自我国改革开放以来,市场经济持续发展,人均物质生活水平显著提升,汽车已经成为人们日常出行的主要代步工具。为了能够在激烈的市场竞争背景下占据更大优势,提升汽车安全、舒适和可靠性,大力推广汽车发动机电控系统的应用是十分有必要的,尽管车辆档次和型号不同,但是多数汽车采用的电控系统功能大致相仿,由于电控系统自身传感器和电子元件结构较为复杂,所以在对故障点快速诊断和排除,成为当前汽车制造业重点研究的课题内容。由此,本文主要就汽车发动机的电控系统故障和检修展开分析,结合实际情况,寻求合理的故障排除方法。
Since the reform and opening up in our country, the market economy has been developing continuously and the material living standards per capita have risen significantly. The automobile has become the major means of transport for people’s daily travel. In order to occupy greater advantages in the fierce market competition and improve the safety, comfort and reliability of vehicles, it is very necessary to promote the application of the electronic control system of automobile engines. Although the vehicle grades and models are different, most vehicles adopt Electronic control system functions roughly the same, due to the electronic control system itself, the structure of the sensor and electronic components are more complex, so the rapid diagnosis and troubleshooting of the fault has become the focus of the current automotive manufacturing research topics. Therefore, this article mainly analyzes the breakdown and overhaul of the automotive engine’s electronic control system, and in accordance with the actual situation, to seek a reasonable troubleshooting method.
