工业试验使用平炉冶炼的16Mn钢水,钢包喷吹CaSi粉或CaO+CaF_2粉剂。喷吹CaSi粉后钢中电解夹杂含量显著降低,钢中夹杂物明显细化。促使钢中夹杂物变性重要的是控制钢中Ca,Al,S,O含量。喷吹CaSi粉可将A_2O_3和绝大部分MnS夹杂变性。喷吹CaO+CaF_2粉剂时,部分Al_2O_3夹杂变性,而MnS变性却很困难。
Industrial tests use 16Mn molten steel in a hearth, ladle blowing CaSi powder or CaO + CaF 2 powder.
