26年前——1979年,正是“文化大革命”之后拨乱反正的年代。教育与各行各业一样,百废待兴,学校规模亟待扩大,办学质量亟待提高。然而,“文革”十年,造成师范生毕业的断档,中小学教师严重缺编,从而使一大批“老三届”初、高中毕业生被充实到教师队伍中来。但是,由于他们没有接受过正规的师范专业培训, 教育质量的提高受到严重影响。于是, 业余进修、函授进修、“五统一大专”培训,顺应着历史潮流而蓬勃兴起。
Twenty-six years ago - in 1979, it was the era after the “Cultural Revolution” to set things right. Education is the same as all walks of life, all things need to be done, the scale of the school needs to be expanded, and the quality of schooling needs to be improved. However, in the decade of the “Cultural Revolution”, teachers who graduated from normal schools were interrupted, and teachers in primary and secondary schools were severely deficient. As a result, a large number of “old three-year” junior high school graduates were enriched in the ranks of teachers. However, because they have not received formal teacher training, the improvement of education quality has been seriously affected. As a result, amateur training, correspondence education, and training for the “Five Unified Colleges” have flourished in response to historical trends.
