结合轻压下效率的理论计算式,考察了板坯断面、钢种对连铸板坯轻压下效率的影响规律。结果表明:压下效率与板坯宽度、厚度呈线性增加关系,板坯宽度每增加15%,压下效率增加约4%;板坯厚度增加15%,压下效率增加约32%;钢种的两相区温度宽度越小,压下效率越高;板坯宽度与钢种对压下效率的影响较小,板坯厚度对压下效率的影响大。
Combined with the theoretical calculation formula of soft reduction efficiency, the effect of slab section and steel grade on the light reduction efficiency of continuous casting slab was investigated. The results show that the reduction efficiency increases linearly with the width and thickness of the slab. For every 15% increase in slab width, the reduction efficiency increases by about 4%; the slab thickness increases by 15% and the reduction efficiency by about 32% Of the two-phase zone temperature width is smaller, the higher the reduction efficiency; slab width and steel grades on the reduction efficiency is small, the slab thickness on the reduction efficiency.
