目前国外银锌壳的真空蒸馏限于蒸馏锌,本文探讨采用真空蒸馏的方法蒸馏锌和铅的可能。由理论计算知,Zn—Ag系在N_(Ag)=0.9时,其蒸汽密度比ρ_(Zn/ρ_(Ag)=2.95×10~4,说明锌、银的分离效果很好,Pb—Ag系在N~(Ag)=0.9时,ρ_(Pb)/ρ_(Ag)=12,仍有可能采用真空蒸馏的方法使其分离。试验研究了温度、残压、熔体深度对锌、铅蒸馏率的影响,并找出了锌、铅分别蒸馏和同时蒸馏的相关作业条件。
