机械委沈阳铸造研究所、云南省以礼河电厂共同研究的新材料OCr_(16)Ni_5MO(以下简称“16——5”)低炭、马氏体不锈钢,P_2——1700型冲击式转轮,于1986年装在国内最高水头(629米)的以礼河电厂四级水电站试验,经一个汛期的运行考验,获得明显的效果。1987年12月7~9日云南省电力局邀请机械委和水电部的有关专家,在以礼河电厂现场,进行了鉴定。专家们一致认为“16——5”是国外七十年代开拓应用的新钢种,在国内作为水轮机通流部件抗汽蚀材料是首次采用,其机械性能达到国际上同类钢种的指标,而且在以礼河电厂实际使用表明,材料“16——5”转轮,具有良好的焊接性能、抗汽蚀性能和抗裂性能。

It is the first time that the anti-cavitation material is used as the through-flow component of turbine in China and its mechanical properties have reached the international standard of similar types of steel. In the actual use of Lihe power plant shows that the material “16--5” runner, with good welding performance, anti-cavitation performance and crack resistance.
