在吉林中部黑土区采用微区试验探讨了在土壤中添加不同重金属对水稻产量及重金属富集的影响,阐述了重金属在水稻植株中的分布特征、籽粒中的富集能力及与土壤中重金属含量的关系。结果表明,Pb、Hg的添加对水稻籽粒产量的影响差异不显著,随着Cd、As、Cr添加量的增加,籽粒产量呈下降趋势,差异达显著水平。各重金属在水稻籽粒中的迁移能力大小为:As>Cd>Hg>Pb、Cr,水稻茎叶、籽粒中重金属含量与土壤重金属含量呈极显著正相关关系,且茎叶与籽粒之间的重金属含量也呈极显著正相关关系。根据回归方程计算得出引起水稻籽粒重金属含量超标(GB2762-2005)的土壤重金属临界含量分别为:Pb 43.5 mg/kg,Hg 0.19 mg/kg,Cr 355.8 mg/kg,As 0.82 mg/kg,Cd 1.29 mg/kg。
