激励是领导方法和领导艺术的主要因素之一。激励就是针对人们各种需要的有待满足,诱导人们的行为朝向积极性或创造性的方面进行。由此可见,对人进行激励,不能不了解人的行为,动机和愿望等等。但是除了这些了解之外,我们在工作实践中还需确立若干法则,以确保激励活动真正取得效果,达到目的。这些原则方法是: 1 激励首先要树立目标。这也是我们平常所说的“目标激励。”树目标、完成目标和去实践它并非仅仅是领导者的事情,因为目标的确立过程是一个单位或部门的全体人员共同探索和认识的过程,目标的实现要依靠
