近年来国外学者发现烧伤后的高降钙素血症与吸入性损伤密切相关。我们采用放免分析方法对38例烧伤病人的血清免疫反应性降钙素(immunoreactive calcitonin iCT)水平进行了观察,并探讨了其对吸入性损伤诊断的意义。1 材料与方法38例病人分为以下两组:吸入性损伤组25例,TBSA(50.9±20.3)%,Ⅲ度(15.5±14.9)%,吸入性损伤诊断及严重程度的划分根据临床体征和纤维支气管镜检查结果,其中重度10例,中度7例,轻度8例。单纯烧伤组13例,TB-SA(48.8±21)%,Ⅲ度(5.5±5.1)%,其中总面积30%~
In recent years, foreign scholars found that hypercalcemia after burn injury and inhalation injury are closely related. We used radioimmunoassay (RIA) to study the serum level of immunoreactive calcitonin (iCT) in 38 burn patients and explored its significance for the diagnosis of inhalation injury. 1 Materials and Methods 38 patients were divided into the following two groups: 25 cases of inhalation injury group, TBSA (50.9 ± 20.3)%, Ⅲ degree (15.5 ± 14.9)%, diagnosis and severity of inhalation injury classification based on clinical signs and Fiberoptic bronchoscopy results, including severe in 10 cases, moderate in 7 cases, mild in 8 cases. In the simple burn group, there were 13 cases of TB-SA (48.8 ± 21)% and Ⅲ (5.5 ± 5.1)%, with the total area of 30%
