The Current AIDS Statusrn“The global AIDS report”issued by the Joint United Nations Programme on HIV and AIDS (UNAIDS)on November 23，2010(1)stated that there were 2.6 million AIDS cases in 2009,1.8 million people died related to AIDS，and until the end of 2009，the HIV infectors reached 33.3 million.The current ratio is 2:5,that is，when two AIDS patients start to receive treatment,five new HIV infectors appear(2)．
