本文通过对高职院校教师科研评价考核制度存在的问题提出几点完善建议,以期为今后科研评价指标体系的构建提供依据,建立高效的教师绩效考核机制,调动教师科研的积极主动性,从而提升高职院校科研管理水平。
This article puts forward some suggestions on the existing problems in the scientific evaluation system of teachers in higher vocational colleges in order to provide the basis for the construction of scientific evaluation index system in the future and establish an efficient teacher performance evaluation mechanism to mobilize the teachers’ Promote Scientific Research Management in Higher Vocational Colleges.
