目的确定多序岩黄芪中总黄酮的优选超声提取工艺。方法采用正交实验法,考察溶剂量、提取次数、超声时间、溶剂浓度对提取率的影响,以芦丁为标准品,用紫外分光光度标准曲线法测定含量。结果所考察的因素中,多序岩黄芪总黄酮的提取影响程度为:溶剂浓度>提取次数>溶剂量>超声时间,即乙醇浓度70%,提取时间20 min,体积20 ml,提取次数为3次。结论超声乙醇提取法最佳工艺组合A3B2C1D3,可为利用多序岩黄芪工业生产黄酮类药用成分提供科学依据。
Objective To determine the optimal ultrasonic extraction process of total flavonoids in multi-sequence rock astragalus. Methods Orthogonal experiment was used to determine the influence of solvent amount, extraction times, ultrasonic time and solvent concentration on the extraction rate. Rutin was used as the standard and the content was determined by UV spectrophotometric standard curve method. Results Among the factors examined, the extraction degree of total flavonoids in the multi-sequence Astragalus membranaceus was: solvent concentration> extraction times> solvent amount> ultrasound time, ie, ethanol concentration 70%, extraction time 20 min, volume 20 ml, extraction times 3 Times. Conclusion Ultrasonic ethanol extraction combined with A3B2C1D3 can provide the scientific basis for the industrial production of flavonoids using multi-sequence rock astragalus.
