本文研究了柴油机喷雾在不同气体流速场中的喷雾结构特性和粒度特性。试验在专门研制的可变流场速度、可变环境密度和可变环境温度的定容风洞中进行。采用激光纹影高速摄影和激光衍射方法进行喷雾结构特性和粒度特性测量。试验结果发现:在大气环境下,受气流影响敏感的油滴粒径范围为10μm~20μm,环境密度增大,相应粒径范围尺寸增加;喷雾初期的结构形态和粒径分布特性,在气流速度小于9m/s时,几乎无变化,而当气流速度大于16m/s时,有明显变化;喷雾尾部雾化差,大粒径油滴多,应进一步研究改善措施。
In this paper, the spray structure and particle size characteristics of diesel engine spray in different gas velocity fields were studied. The experiment was conducted in a specially developed wind tunnel with variable flow velocity, variable ambient density and variable ambient temperature. The structure and particle size characteristics of the spray were measured by laser profiling and laser diffraction. The results showed that the particle size range of oil droplet sensitive to air flow was in the range of 10μm ~ 20μm and the ambient density was increased and the size of the corresponding particle size range was increased under the atmospheric environment. The structure and particle size distribution of the spray at the initial velocity When the velocity is less than 9m / s, there is almost no change, but when the air velocity is more than 16m / s, there is a significant change; spray tail poor atomization, large particle size oil droplets, further improvement measures should be studied.
