随着我国社会的进一步发展,必然伴随着人们价值观的改变,尤其是当代青年的价值观变化的越来越明显。但是,当代青年工作的价值导向呈现了一些新的表现形式和特点,因此,研究当代青年工作的价值导向具有非常重大的现实意义。本文主要介绍了当代青年价值观的表现形式,并详细的阐述了当代青年工作价值观的特点,最后提出了加强对当代青年工作价值观导向的一些对策。
With the further development of our society, we must inevitably be accompanied by changes in people’s values, especially the changes in the values of contemporary youth. However, the value orientation of contemporary youth work presents some new manifestations and characteristics. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the value orientation of contemporary youth work. This paper mainly introduces the forms of contemporary youth values, and elaborates the characteristics of contemporary youth work values. Finally, it puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen the orientation of contemporary youth work values.
