以油桃品种华光和寿星桃为试材 ,应用石灰氮、氰胺、苯基噻二唑基脲、赤霉素、6-苄基腺嘌呤、硝酸钾进行打破桃休眠的试验。结果表明 ,石灰氮破眠效果最佳 ,可使叶芽提早萌发 1 3~ 1 4天 ,花芽提早 7天萌芽 ,提早开花 7~ 1 3天 ,且萌芽率显著提高。其余供试药剂也有不同程度的破眠效应 ,只是效率较低。使用破眠剂的时期和浓度不同 ,效果也异。休眠芽中可溶性糖含量增加 ,淀粉含量下降 ,是解除休眠的标志。
Using nectarine varieties Huaguang and Shou Xing Tao as materials, lime nitrogen, cyanamide, phenylthiadiazolyl urea, gibberellin, 6 - benzyl adenine and potassium nitrate were used to break the peach dormancy experiment. The results showed that lime nitrogen had the best hypnotic effect, which could cause the leaf bud to germinate 13 ~ 14 days earlier, the flower bud germinate 7 days earlier and flowering 7 ~ 13 days earlier, and the germination rate increased significantly. The remaining test agents also have different degrees of hypnotic effect, but less efficient. The use of sleep agents and the concentration of different times, the effect is different. Dormancy buds in the soluble sugar content increased, starch content decreased, is a sign of lifting the dormancy.
