采用悬浮铸造法向QA10-3铝青铜合金液中加入同种成分的悬浮剂颗粒,研究了不同熔体处理温度对QA10-3铝青铜合金组织的细化作用。结果表明,悬浮剂的添加改变了常规铸态组织中的板条状组织,使之变为不规则的颗粒状或蔷薇状组织;并能细化晶粒,平均晶粒尺寸达50μm。
Suspension casting method to the QA10-3 aluminum bronze alloy liquid suspending agent particles with the same composition, the melt temperature of different QA10-3 aluminum bronze alloy refinement. The results showed that the addition of suspending agent changed the laths in the conventional as-cast microstructure to become irregular granular or rose-like structures and refined the grains with an average grain size of 50μm.
