对某汽车座椅焊接车间的通风系统效果和职业病防护措施进行调查、检测,该电焊车间空气中锰及其无机化合物、二氧化氮、一氧化碳、臭氧的合格率为100%,电焊烟尘的合格率为17%。电焊车间局部通风系统存在罩口与焊接点距离较远、控制点风速偏低及部分焊接岗位未设置局部排风设施等问题。建议该企业应综合治理电焊车间的通风系统,有效保护作业工人的健康。
