20世纪初期到第二次世界大战结束不到50年,西方艺术却呈现了历史上前所未有的大变革,各个流派都开始标新立异,怕自己赶不上潮流,虽然都有独特性,但是不同流派之间也存在很多共性。达利的《内战的预感》与毕加索的《格尔尼卡》恰是身处不同的流派运用不同的艺术表现形式诠释着人类对和平的向往和对战争的厌恶,战争不仅摧毁着我们美好的世界,也摧毁着我们每个人的美好心灵,我们都向往和平的生活。因此本文将以同是战争主题题材两件作品为例,采用比较分析的方法讨论两者是运用怎样的艺术语言来表达对战争的不满与悲愤。
