中国金属学会炼钢学术委员会铸学锭组提高成材率技术讨论会于1984年4月23～27日在江西新余市江西钢厂召开。会议收到论文35篇,其中大会宣读19篇。会上十四个企业介绍了提高成材率的经验。会议对我国重点企业成材率情况及国外成材率发展现状进行了比较,对如何提高我国模铸钢锭的成坯率问题进行了专门的讨论,提出了许多措施。与会代表一致认为;进一步提高成坯率和成材率是十分迫切、十分艰巨的任务。当前我国成材率与国际先进水平相差尚远,潜力极大。各单位要对照先进,提出各自的奋斗目标,狠抓措施落实,要尽一切努力尽快把成坯率(成材率)搞上去。会议提出如下提高成坯率(成材率)措施和建议,以及对此有关的铸锭工艺和质量问题的改进意见: 1)采用上小下大模挂绝热板,配合凹形底板有可能使切损降得更低,以进一步提高镇静的成坯
China Metals Society of Steel Academic Committee cast ingot group to improve the rate of finished product technical seminar on April 23 to April 1984 in Jiangxi Xinyu City, Jiangxi Steel held. The conference received 35 papers, of which 19 were read out by the conference. Fourteen companies at the meeting introduced the experience of improving the finished product rate. The meeting made a comparison of the yield rate of key enterprises in China and the development status of the overseas yield rate. The meeting held a special discussion on how to improve the blank forming rate of China’s mold steel ingots and put forward many measures. The delegates agreed that further improvement of the blanks and the percentage of finished products is a very urgent and very arduous task. At present, the yield of our country is still far behind the international advanced level and has great potential. All units should control the advanced, put forward their own goals, pay close attention to the implementation of measures, make every effort to speed up the billet (yield) to go up. The meeting proposed the following measures to improve the blank into rate (yield) measures and proposals, as well as the relevant aspects of the ingot process and quality problems to improve the views: 1) using the small model attached to the insulation board, with the concave floor may cut The damage is lower, to further improve the calm into the blank
