本文针对未考虑战时功能的高层或多层房屋地下室，研究了对其进行平战功能转换的可能性及措施，从口部功能转换技术、主体结构加固技术、通风系统的转换、洗消设备及内部功能转换技术等几个方面进行了探讨，并提出了一些具体方案，为研究大楼地下室的平战功能转换提供了新的思路。 This article aims at the possibility of high-level or multi-storey building basements that do not consider wartime functions, and investigates the possibilities and measures for converting the warfare functions, from the functional transformation of the oral function, the reinforcement of the main structure, the conversion of the ventilation system, and the decontamination equipment. Several aspects such as internal function conversion technology were discussed, and some specific proposals were put forward, which provided new ideas for studying the function of the flat warfare function in the basement of the building.
