医院财务管理是医院经济活动的一个信息管理系统,也是医院经营管理的重要内容。在医疗市场逐步开放的情况下,医疗卫生市场的竞争也在加剧,新的医院会计准则的实施,也给会计信息带来了巨大变化,并对医院财务管理提出了新的挑战。本文结合具体案例,分析探讨了该医院财务管理工作的现状及存在问题,并提出了相关的解决措施,旨在为我国医院和卫生事业的发展起到参考作用。
Hospital financial management is an information management system of the hospital’s economic activities and an important part of hospital management. With the gradual opening up of the medical market, competition in the healthcare market is also intensifying. The implementation of new hospital accounting standards has also brought about tremendous changes in accounting information and posed new challenges to the hospital’s financial management. Based on the specific cases, this paper analyzes and discusses the current situation and existing problems of the financial management in the hospital and puts forward the relevant solutions to help the development of the hospital and public health in our country.
