目的:探讨福州地区膳食营养因素对宫颈癌发生的影响。方法:采用以医院为基础的病例-对照研究,收集福建省级3家三甲医院2007年11月~2008年12月份经过病理确诊的宫颈癌、CINⅢ新发病例(89例)和同期就诊的其他妇科病例(92例)进行调查。采用非条件Logistic回归分析宫颈癌相关暴露因素的OR值及其95%的可信区间。结果:一定量的鱼虾类(OR=0.133,95%CI:0.032~0.558)和肉类(OR=0.246,95%CI:0.09~0.678)摄入可能是宫颈癌的保护因素。结论:发生宫颈癌可能与膳食因素有关。
Objective: To investigate the impact of dietary factors on cervical cancer in Fuzhou. Methods: A hospital-based case-control study was conducted to collect cervical cancer diagnosed in three tertiary hospitals in Fujian province from November 2007 to December 2008, and 89 new cases of CIN Ⅲ and other Gynecological cases (92 cases) were investigated. Non-conditional Logistic regression analysis of cervical cancer-related exposure factors OR value and 95% confidence interval. Results: The intake of certain amount of fish and shrimp (OR = 0.133, 95% CI: 0.032-0.558) and meat (OR = 0.246, 95% CI: 0.09-0.678) may be the protective factor of cervical cancer. Conclusion: The occurrence of cervical cancer may be related to dietary factors.
