目的观察中西医结合治疗神经性皮炎的临床疗效。方法将92例神经性皮炎住院患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各46例,对照组采用单纯西药治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予祛风清热活血方加减治疗,两组均7d为1个疗程,4个疗程后观察疗效。结果治疗组治愈率和总有效率均明显优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗神经性皮炎可提高疗效,比单纯的西药治疗更具优势。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of neurodermatitis. Methods 92 patients with neurodermatitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 46 cases in each group. The control group was treated with western medicine alone. The treatment group was given Qufeng Qingre Huoxue Recipe on the basis of the control group. 7d for a course of treatment, after 4 courses of observation efficacy. Results The cure rate and total effective rate in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (all P <0.05). Conclusion Integrative treatment of neurodermatitis can improve the curative effect than western medicine alone.
