党的十四届六中全会《决议》指出,思想政治工作“要贯彻民主原则和正面引导的方针,根据不同对象,采取不同方式,加强针对性,增强思想政治工作的实效。”在全国思想政治工作会议上,江泽民总书记强调,加强和改进思想政治工作重点要放在加强针对性、实效性和主动性上。在当前改革开放和发展社会主义市场经济的形势下,如何雯强思想政治工作的实效?我认为,要抓好以下五个环节。
The “Resolution” of the 6th Plenary Session of the 14th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China pointed out that ideological and political work must “carry out the principle of democracy and the guiding principle of positive guidance and adopt different methods according to different targets so as to enhance pertinence and enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political work.” At the National Ideological and Political Work Conference, General Secretary Jiang Zemin emphasized that the focus of strengthening and improving ideological and political work should be on strengthening pertinence, effectiveness and initiative. Under the current situation of reform and opening up and the development of a socialist market economy, how do Wen-qiang ideological and political work work? I think we should grasp the following five links.
