为分析自然破片战斗部不同数值模拟方法的有效性,以非线性动力分析软件LS-DYNA为工具,采用单元失效法和节点分离法对战斗部壳体破碎过程进行研究,得到战斗部壳体飞散形态、半径膨胀曲线和破片速度曲线。通过对比壳体破片特征参数,分析不同建模方法对计算结果的影响。结果表明:单元失效法和破片最终飞散形态有较大区别,节点分离法从宏观唯象角度和实际情况较为符合。
In order to analyze the effectiveness of different numerical simulation methods of natural fragment warheads, using the nonlinear dynamic analysis software LS-DYNA as a tool, the unit failure method and node separation method were used to study the crushing process of the shell of warhead. Morphology, radius expansion curve and fragment velocity curve. By comparing the characteristic parameters of the shell fragments, the influence of different modeling methods on the calculation results is analyzed. The results show that there is a big difference between the unit failure method and the final scattering form of the fragments, and the node separation method is in line with the macro-phenomenological perspective and the actual situation.
