【目的】本研究通过了解拉萨市乡村医生培训前后诊疗行为变化的程度,探讨儿童疾病综合管理(inte-grated management of childhood illness,IMCI)课程的设置与提供的有效性与适宜性,为今后制定拉萨市乡村医生能力建设适宜的途径提供建议。【方法】西藏卫生支持项目对拉萨市的258名乡村医生进行了IMCI的培训,采用问卷调查、实践技能操作的研究方法,分析学员对发热、腹泻患儿的诊断、治疗疗行为在培训前后改变的倾向与程度。【结果】学员们对儿童发热、腹泻诊疗的知识和技能在培训前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】西藏卫生支持项目为拉萨市乡村医生提供的IMCI课程培训效果显著,有效地改变了拉萨市乡村医生对儿童发热、腹泻的诊疗行为,可为制定当地乡村卫生人员能力建设的方案提供依据。
【Objective】 The purpose of this study is to understand the extent of changes in the behavior of medical doctors before and after training in Lhasa and discuss the effectiveness and suitability of the setting and provision of integrative management of childhood illness (IMCI) Lhasa, village doctors capacity-building approach to provide advice. 【Methods】 Tibet Health Support Project conducted IMCI training for 258 rural doctors in Lhasa City. Using questionnaires and practice skills, the participants analyzed the diagnosis and treatment of children with fever and diarrhea before and after training The tendency and degree. 【Results】 The knowledge and skills of trainees in diagnosing and treating children’s fever and diarrhea were statistically different before and after training (P <0.05). 【Conclusion】 The Tibet health support project has provided IMCI training for rural doctors in Lhasa with remarkable effect and effectively changed the diagnosis and treatment of fever and diarrhea among rural doctors in Lhasa. It can provide the basis for formulating the capacity building plan for local rural health workers .
