输卵管,子宫体及子宫颈系胚眙期的苗勒氏管发育而来。用特异性红细胞粘附试验(specific red cell adherente简称SRCA)检查51名妇女正常宫颈,宫内膜及输卵管上皮的ABO(H)同种抗原各30例。结果表明整个苗勒氏管发育来的器官上皮细胞表面ABO(H)同种抗原的分布为宫颈鳞状上皮和输卵管粘膜柱状上皮表面大多数存在有抗原,而在子宫内膜柱状上皮及宫颈管柱状上皮SRCA大多数为阴性反应。提示测定ABO(H)同种抗原将有助今后宫颈和输卵管癌变的诊断。A、B、AB三种血型SRCA阳性率无统计学差异。
Fallopian tube, uterus and cervix embryo stage Miao Le’s tube developed. Twenty-five ABO (H) alloantigens in normal cervix, endometrium and fallopian tube epithelium were examined in 51 women with specific red cell adhesion assay (SRCA). The results showed that the distribution of ABO (H) alloantigens on the surface of the organ epithelial cells developed by Müllerian’s tube was mostly antigenic on the surface of the squamous epithelium and tubal epithelium of the tubal epithelium. However, in the endometrial columnar epithelium and cervical canal Most of the columnar epithelial SRCA is negative. Prompt determination of ABO (H) alloantigens will help future diagnosis of cervical and fallopian tube cancer. A, B, AB three blood type SRCA positive rate was no significant difference.
