近些年,“三农问题”引起国家的高度重视,我国相关的职能部门加大对农村水利水工程建设的投入,推动与促进农村水利水电事业的健康发展。然而,就现阶段的农村水利水电事业来看,其中依旧存在许多方面的问题,阻碍着水利水电事业的发展。基于此,主要研究农村水利水电工程建设管理的意义及问题,并提出解决的措施,以期为促进我国农业经济的发展提供一定的参考与借鉴。
