经营业绩考核是企业正确进行经营决策和过程控制的重要方式与基本依据。在现代企业管理中,业绩考核显示出其日益重要的作用。但由于有些企业对业绩考核的定义和作用的认识既不到位又不全面,业绩考核在实际应用过程中存在一定的问题。当前迫切需要建立和完善有次序的、规则的、公开的和透明的的业绩考核制度。
Business performance assessment is an important method and basic basis for the company to correctly conduct business decision-making and process control. In modern enterprise management, performance assessment shows its increasingly important role. However, due to the fact that some companies do not understand the definition and role of performance evaluation, they are not in place and are not comprehensive. There are certain problems in the actual application of performance assessment. There is an urgent need to establish and improve an orderly, regular, open, and transparent performance assessment system.
