本文根据润滑油评定的原理及其对标准轴瓦材料的要求,研究了预合金粉末的粒度、粒度组成和氧化程度对标准轴瓦材料组织结构的影响;第一次轧制变形量对合金成份控制的作用;合金化学成份、合金层孔隙度及轴瓦表面光洁度对润滑油评定结果的影响。用含36.5%铅、0.5%锡、63%铜,残余孔隙度小于2%的材料制作的高含铅铜基钢背轴瓦,满足了润滑油评定的要求。
In this paper, according to the principle of lubricating oil evaluation and its requirements for standard bearing materials, the effects of grain size, particle size and oxidation degree of prealloyed powders on the microstructure of standard bearing bush were studied.
