目的建立工作场所空气中N-甲基吡咯烷酮的气相色谱测定方法。方法采用活性炭管采集,丙酮解吸,FFAP石英毛细管色谱柱分离,火焰离子化检测器检测,保留时间定性,峰面积定量。结果 N-甲基吡咯烷酮在1.0μg/ml~2 054μg/ml时呈良好的线性关系,线性方程为y=105 378x-46 532.4,相关系数(r)为0.999 9,检出限为0.3μg/ml,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.98%~3.08%(n=6),回收率为96.3%~102.7%,当采集1.5 L样品时,最低检出浓度为0.2 mg/m~3,解吸效率为97.5%~99.3%,样品在室温至少可保存5 d。结论该方法分析速度快、灵敏度高、准确性好,适用于工作场所中N-甲基吡咯烷酮的测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of N-methylpyrrolidone in the air of the workplace by gas chromatography. Methods Activated carbon tube collection, acetone desorption, FFAP quartz capillary column separation, flame ionization detector detection, retention time qualitative, peak area quantitative. Results The linear equation was y = 105 378x-46 532.4, the correlation coefficient (r) was 0.999 9 and the detection limit was 0.3μg / ml ~ 2 054μg / ml, the relative standard deviations (RSDs) ranged from 1.98% to 3.08% (n = 6) and the recoveries ranged from 96.3% to 102.7%. The minimum detectable concentration was 0.2 mg / 97.5% ~ 99.3%, the sample can be stored at room temperature for at least 5 d. Conclusion The method is rapid, sensitive, accurate and suitable for the determination of N-methyl pyrrolidone in the workplace.
