作业环境研究是人机工程学的一个重要方面.在全面分析采场作业环境可靠性影响因素的基础上,运用模糊数学中的综合评判法建立了作业环境可靠性评价模式.将环境系统可靠性分为6个级别,并建立了相应的隶属函数.以铜陵冬瓜山铜矿为实例,对其采场作业环境的可靠性进行了模糊综合评判.评判结果表明,该矿采场作业环境的可靠性属于第3级,有待进一步提高.指出了作业环境可靠性不高的主要原因,并提出了相应的改进措施.表2,参10.
Working environment research is an important aspect of ergonomics. On the basis of comprehensively analyzing the influencing factors of working environment reliability of stope field, the reliability evaluation model of working environment is established by comprehensive evaluation method in fuzzy mathematics. The environmental system reliability is divided into six levels, and the corresponding membership function is established. Taking Tongling Dongguashan Copper Mine as an example, the reliability of working environment in stope was evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Judging results show that the reliability of working environment in the stope belongs to the third level and needs to be further improved. The main reason for the low reliability of working environment is pointed out and the corresponding improvement measures are put forward. Table 2, Senate 10.
