以正丁基锂为引发剂、环己烷为溶剂、采用四氢呋喃(THF)或二乙二醇二甲醚(2G)为结构调节剂,研究了聚合体系中丁二烯二聚体对合成中乙烯基聚丁二烯的聚合速度、转化率以及聚合物微观结构、[η]和分子量分布的影响。结果表明,丁二烯二聚体的存在,不影响聚合物微观结构(THF体系)、分子量分布和单体浓度的动力学反应级数,但影响转化率、聚合物微观结构(2G体系)、[η]和表观增长活化能。
The effect of butadiene dimer on the synthesis was studied by using n-butyllithium as initiator and cyclohexane as solvent, using tetrahydrofuran (THF) or diethylene glycol dimethyl ether (2G) The polymerization rate of vinyl polybutadiene, the conversion rate and the microstructure of polymer, [η] and the influence of molecular weight distribution. The results show that the presence of butadiene dimer does not affect the kinetic reaction order of the polymer microstructure (THF system), molecular weight distribution and monomer concentration, but affects the conversion rate, polymer microstructure (2G system) [η] and apparent growth activation energy.
