一、当前党员教育与管理中存在的主要问题 当前党员教育中存在的问题,集中体现在对现实生活中出现的、广大党员普遍关心的热点、难点问题缺乏有说服力的解释、宣讲,对理论与实践的一些矛盾、似是而非的现象没有予以很好的说明。
