新形势下社会主义核心价值观融入高校党建全过程是提高高校党组织对意识形态工作领导能力、服务型党组织建设能力、党的建设科学化水平能力的需要。融入的全过程要坚持统筹规划、整体设计的原则,坚持服务中心、突出党性的原则,坚持尊重主体、重在提升的原则;要着力在融入理念、融入形式、融入载体、融入机制等方面下功夫,使融入工作真正取得实效。
