目的探讨奥卡西平联合鼠神经生长因子(m NGF)治疗带状疱疹神经痛的临床效果。方法 46例带状疱疹神经痛患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各23例。两组患者均给予阿昔洛韦和甲钴胺治疗;观察组在此基础上加用鼠神经生长因子肌内注射,奥卡西平口服。观察两组治疗前及治疗后1、2、4周时神经痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分改善程度及临床疗效。结果用药后观察组VAS评分、临床疗效均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均无严重不良反应发生。结论奥卡西平联合鼠神经生长因子治疗带状疱疹神经痛效果显著,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of oxcarbazepine combined with mouse nerve growth factor (m NGF) in the treatment of herpes zoster neuralgia. Methods 46 cases of zoster neuralgia were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 23 cases each. Both groups were given acyclovir and mecobalamin treatment; observation group on this basis with the addition of murine nerve growth factor intramuscular injection of oxcarbazepine orally. The degree of improvement of visual analogue scale (VAS) score and clinical efficacy of neuropathic pain before treatment and 1, 2, 4 weeks after treatment were observed. Results After treatment, the VAS score and clinical curative effect of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). No serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups. Conclusion Oxcarbazepine combined with mouse nerve growth factor treatment of herpes zoster neuralgia significant effect, worthy of clinical promotion.
