Purpose: To compare the efficacy and longevity of Non-Penetrating Glaucoma Surgery (NPGS) with & without the use of a non-absorbable hydrophilic implant. Methods: 48 eyes of 32 patients aged 18-86 years, with POAG, underwent NPGS; 25 eyes with the non-absorbable hydrophilic implant T Flux and 23 eyes without it. Results: The mean preoperative IOP dropped from 27.5mmHg±11.8 (SD) to 12.5mmHg ±2.7 in the T Flux
