近年来,随着社会主义市场经济的飞速发展,人们的法律意识和防护意识不断增强,随之运用法律武器维护个人医疗和健康权益的案例不断增多,进而导致医疗服务市场医患类纠纷明显上升。本文就近几年来医患纠纷发生的原因进行分析,并提出如何防范和处理医患纠纷的对策,意在尽力减少或避免医患纠纷,建立和谐的医患关系。
In recent years, with the rapid development of the socialist market economy, people’s awareness of laws and awareness of protection has been continuously enhanced. As a result, there have been more and more cases of using legal weapons to safeguard individual medical and health rights and interests, leading to a marked rise in disputes between doctors and patients in the medical service market . This article analyzes the causes of the disputes between doctors and patients in recent years, and puts forward the countermeasures of how to prevent and handle the disputes between doctors and patients. It tries to reduce or avoid the disputes between doctors and patients, and establish a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
