In the course of the integration of the two systems of the economy, a psychological response that is incompatible with the new system and is not coordinated is essentially a psychological obstacle. It has two most distinctive features. First, it is transitional. It is a unique product of the transition from the old system to the new system. It is temporary, it is only a psychological phenomenon in a certain historical stage. Second, it is inconsistent, and it is just from the old. The new system of institutional transition is incompatible with this.
