目的研究欧洲鳞毛蕨中总生物碱体外抑菌活性,为合理开发利用欧洲鳞毛蕨提供理论依据。方法超声辅助提取欧洲鳞毛蕨中的总生物碱,采用滤纸片法测定总碱抑菌活性,琼脂平板稀释法进行MIC的测定,欧洲鳞毛蕨总生物碱具有较强的抑菌作用。结果欧洲鳞毛蕨总生物碱对供试菌种的最低抑菌浓度分别为:大肠埃希杆菌0.8 mg/mL,金黄色葡萄球菌0.4 mg/mL,枯草杆菌1.6 mg/mL,奇异变形杆菌1.6 mg/mL,酵母3.2 mg/mL。结论欧洲鳞毛蕨总生物碱具有较强的抑菌作用,对细菌、酵母都具有一定的抑菌作用,开发前景乐观。
Objective To study the in vitro antibacterial activity of total alkaloids in D. salinarum in Europe and provide theoretical basis for the rational development and utilization of European D. ferrugineus. Methods Ultrasonic-assisted extraction of total alkaloids from D. styracifolius in Europe was performed. The antibacterial activity of total alkaloids was determined by the filter paper method. The MIC was determined by agar plate dilution method. The total alkaloids of D. salinae had a strong antibacterial effect. Results The minimum inhibitory concentrations of the total alkaloids of D. salinae to the tested strains were 0.8 mg/mL for E. coli, 0.4 mg/mL for S. aureus, 1.6 mg/mL for B. subtilis, and 1.6 for Proteus mirabilis. Mg/mL, yeast 3.2 mg/mL. Conclusion The total alkaloids of D. salinae in Europe have strong antibacterial effect, and they have certain antibacterial effect on bacteria and yeast. The development prospect is optimistic.
