本文介绍一栋大跨度胶合木餐饮建筑的设计,屋面采用单层网壳结构,胶合木构件之间采用植筋连接节点。在有限元软件中建立整体结构计算模型,进行结构受力分析和构件截面验算,结果表明结构整体的强度和刚度均满足设计要求。综合考虑结构体系抗侧刚度需求和建筑外观要求,设计了一种可以将钢连接件完全隐藏在木构件中的植筋连接节点形式,参照国内外相关规范对该节点的植筋连接和中心钢连接件进行了设计验算,结果表明该节点具有较高的承载能力和足够的抗弯刚度。
This article describes the design of a large-span glulam wood dining architecture with a single-layer reticulated shell structure on the roof and glued-in connection nodes between the glued-wood components. In the finite element software to establish the overall structure of the calculation model, the structure of the force analysis and component cross section checking, the results show that the strength and stiffness of the overall structure to meet the design requirements. Considering the requirement of anti-side-rigidity and the appearance of the building, a kind of anchorage connection node which can completely hide the steel connection in the wooden component was designed. According to the relevant specifications at home and abroad, The connectors were designed and checked, the results show that the node has a high carrying capacity and sufficient bending stiffness.
