有些铸件的某个部位需要不同于其它部位的特殊性能(例如抗磨性),以提高铸件的使用性能和延长使用寿命。为了达到这个目的,采用铸渗法、铸焊法及双金属浇铸法等工艺措施,但其应用都有一定的局现性。因此,我们借鉴苏联铸造工作者提出的借助载有悬浮剂(金属或合金粉末)的泡沫塑料进行悬浮铸造(在铸造时使一定量的金属或合金粉末悬浮于金属液中)的方法。用局部悬浮铸造的方法进行了铸件局部合金化的试验研究,以使这种方法能成为获得铸件局部特殊性能的一种新的可行途径。 1.试验方法 (1)制备载有悬浮液的塑料块先按一定比例将悬浮液粘附在发泡聚苯乙烯颗粒上,再将其制成所需的形状。悬浮液用含锰80%的锰铁粉,粒度为40~80目。
Some parts of castings require special properties (such as abrasion resistance) that are different from other parts to improve castings’ serviceability and service life. Test methods (1) Preparation of the suspension-containing plastic blocks The suspension is first adhered to the expanded polystyrene particles in a certain ratio and then formed into the desired shape. The suspension is made of ferromanganese powder containing 80% manganese and the particle size is 40-80 meshes.
