招远金矿选矿厂十年来对氰化工艺流程进行多次改革,每次改进都使金的总回收率有不同程度的提高。特别是1980年11月,二段浸出、二段洗涤新流程投产后,金的浸出率、洗涤率及金的总回收率都有较大提高。一、原矿性质及工艺流程该厂处理的矿石系含金黄铁矿石英脉类型矿石。主要金属矿物有黄铁矿、磁黄铁矿、闪锌矿、方铅矿、黄铜矿、磁铁矿、银金矿和自然金。主要脉石矿物有石英、绢云母、斜长石、白云石、角闪石、高岭土等。自然金呈圆柱状、长条状及不规则分布于黄铜矿、黄铁矿和石英中。投产初期氰化工艺流程见图1。
